Grading the Genesis G70
In my quest to purchase my very first car, I created a list of features that I thought were important to have in 2019. Today I am going to grade the Genesis G70 according to that criteria.

At this point in time I am all be certain that I will purchase an electric car. But when I was starting my research the Genesis G70 quickly rose to the top of my list of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. As Motor Trend's 2019 Car of the Year it was instantly on my radar and the deeper I looked the more I realized that the Genesis G70 had nearly everything I wanted in a car.
With a 3.3 litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine and all-wheel drive it goes like a bat outta hell thanks to its 365 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque. It is also packed to the gills with all sorts of amazing technology such as Hyundai's stellar infotainment system, adaptive cruise control, digital dashboard, heads up display and 360° parking cameras. The only things missing in my opinion are dashboard and security cameras which are missing from even the most luxurious vehicles.
The Genesis G70 is easily the best bang for your buck if you are looking at entry level luxury sedans. It is gobsmacking that the Korean's have built a better BMW 3-series than the Germans this year. I probably should buy a Genesis G70 but the more I think about it the more I want to get an electric car. The idea of having little to no maintenance and waking up to a full tank of "gas" is just far too alluring to me.
